About Irina A. Gendler
Irina A. Gendler, MD is a board certified family medicine physician who earned her medical degree from Novosibirsk State Medical University, Novosibirsk, Russia. She is also board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology after completing two residencies in Russia. In the U.S., Dr. Gendler completed a family practice residency at Dayton Community Family Practice, Dayton, OH in 2006. She is fluent in English and Russian.
Dr. Gendler has received many honors during her training: Academic Excellency Scholarship, Nikolay I. Pirogov Senior Student Award, Leadership Award, and Intern of the Year award. She has been a clinical instructor for medical students and participated in many volunteer activities receiving the Annual Volunteer Award for her service.
Dr. Gendler is currently a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians and Ohio Academy of Family Physicians. She holds medical licenses in Ohio and California.
