Dr Quinones did a total exam and explained all of what he felt I needed to improve my condition. He listened to me and we discussed what was my plan going forward. I felt confident after the visit the my condition would improve. It was a good visit.

Communication is key when there are delays in the office. Sitting in an exam room with no knowledge of why it is taking so long makes you feel forgotten. Delays are understandable, please just keep your patients informed. Thank you.

scheduling was a bit difficult. Everything was booked up for a quick appt and was schedule about a month ahead. Placed on the cancellation list for a quicker appt. Wrong time of the year.

The front. Waiting room is disgusting! Stains all over the carpet. Receptionist window filthy. Receptionist was a bit curt and unwelcoming. Needs to be more pleasant and smile some rather than seeming to be unhappy with what she was doing!

The Dr explained the results of the xray and test in cometr detail. Because I am older and do t always understand , he was very understanding and patient with .asking sure I knew what he was showing me .

care was great. the office waiting room was dirty with stained carpet, dirty windows separating the WR from the receptionist, and tape marks were all over the counter.

Excellent care. Having surgery with Dr. Q has changed my life. The surgical pain was a breeze compared to the daily pain I lived with for over 13 years.

Dr Quinones was able to show me xrays and explain the issue with my spine and reason for my back pain. Gave me options on what I could do. Also said to call his office back to see him if I was interested in any of the options he spoke about or could refer me to other Doctors that provide those options.

Wonderful, we need more Spine specialists. I had to wait so long to get an appointment. It was so good to finally meet him and find out what is causing all my PAIN. Now waiting for surgery date.

Doctor concentrated more on lesser issues than the one that was causing the most pain. Back pain versus hip pain. Back pain is crippling some days.

Dr. Q reviewed my X-RAY and MRI with me. When I had a question or needed clarification, he provided the information to help me understand my condition. I didn't feel like this was a rushed appointment and it was obvious he reviewed my file before he came to into my exam room. After my appointment, I shared the details with my daughter, who is looking for an orthopedic specialist. I recommended she make an appointment with Dr. Q.

Dr. Quinones and his staff are great. But your system designed to remind patients of their appointment times is overly repetitive. I must have received ten reminders, even after I confirmed my appointment.

Dr. Quinones is my favorite provider to have appointments with. Very professional and informative. I am so grateful and thankful for everything he has done for me and my health!
