I feel very cared for and respected at this facility. I have surgery with another doctor that was making me nervous, but I while here for a check up, I asked questions about the procedure and my PA answered them all and made me feel so much better about it!

They have a very friendly and professional staff. They care about my well being and strive to help me maintain my good health. They are always willing to answer my questions and give appropriate advice.

I have been seeing Ben Mishler for the condition I currently am being treated for and he is absolutely wonderful! He takes his time with me - I never feel rushed. He thoroughly explains everything and when I send him messages through my chart, I always have a response in my chart the next morning. Ben is absolutely wonderful!

This was the best visit I've had. Dr Mishler listened and did not stay on the computer while I talked. He clearly explained my options for treatment and patiently waited for my response.

It went well and I felt like my concerns were taken into account and dealt with as much as could be expected at that time. Test results came via phone and email very quickly. Unfortunately, some of those were not as positive as I had hoped; however, hey are being addressed.

Sometimes there are other procedures that will complete the process of determining your condition so you still have to wait awhile to get title results.

Receptionist was on cell phone and not that I minded waiting I just felt it was very unprofessional

When I walked in,there were 4 girls sitting out front, no one said they could help me,to me the front desk needs revamped. Also calling in for an appointment is the worse thing ever.

It's very difficult to make an appointment when you are sick. I've had to go to a little clinic twice in the last year because there are no appointments available when you are sick. I don't "plan" on being sick so I can't make an advanced appointment. I was told no several times when I called in to be seen. Both times on the last year. And the receptionist I spoke to was not nice or did not have any compassion. Both times I had a sinus infection. She tried to give me an appointment weeks out. This last time I broke my ankle, I got in the same day. Maybe because I told her I took a fall and thought I broke it. I guess if you are just sick it's too bad?

Well. My prescription got messed up at the pharmacy and they said he never called it in. But I'm not sure if that's the case. Ben was awesome.

I absolutely love PA Ben Mishler!!!!! Although he's technically not a Physician, I will always refer to him as my Doctor.

Ben was very nice. He took his time and listened to me. we are trying to solve my couphing . If it doesn't work we are going to try something different. I liked Ben he is very professional knowledgeable.

Dr . Ben Mishler was very thorough and very pleasant. He pretty much diagnosed me with what I thought I may be dealing with but wasn't sure. So he has set me up with new test. At the same time he conversed with my family doctor and they both decided what I needed done.

Ben Mishler is professional, respectful, thorough, and knowledgeable. He doesn't make assumptions and is careful to assess all symptoms. I have great confidence in the care that he provides.

He takes the time to engage and listen and has good follow up.

They order to many tests without explaning what they were for and trying to change medication that my body been taking for years.

Dr Mishler and his staff are excellent. He takes the time to explain what he will be doing and why. He ordered blood work and I received the test results and his commentary on the results ON THE SAME DAY! I trust him and highly recommend him.
