As a new patient with a serious concern, I would have liked to been able to make an appointment more timely, but I think it was 2 months to wait.

the appointment was very professional and within time frame of service provided. no long waits and all concerns were addressed.

This was the worst experience I have ever had there. I was scheduling my next Depo shot and advised the receptionist I needed to schedule my annual also. I asked if I could schedule both on the same day. She said I have to schedule your shot first. Before she could schedule my annual appointment she waited on the next patient and scheduled hers before she finished with me. Then she came back to me and scheduled my annual on a different day as my shot. By this point I was so upset I didn't ask her to look for someone the same day. As I'm putting my coat on she gets up and started turning the lights out. I apparently was the last patient and she couldn't even wait for me to open the door to leave. This was the worst customer experience I have ever had there. I'm hoping this doesn't happen again or I might have to look into going somewhere else where the patients needs come first.

I just felt like my past two experiences at LifeStages were really hands off and impersonal

Carla was really good with explaining my birthing plan and what to expect on upcoming appointments

She switched my birth control prescription without realizing it and ignored that my blood pressure was high, when I know for a fact my blood pressure has been getting higher with time. My previous provider used Epic so I am positive those vitals are in the system. I will not be seeing her again.

The facility is confusing. Check-in for 3 offices at one desk? Waiting area not clear. Labels for checkin are wrinkled print offs taped to the front of the desk which people are waiting in front of! Really?! Stinkin' put real signs on the big header above and people will know where to go. The receptionist trying to be helpful really wasn't polite about it either. "Lifestages is over there." Yep, headed there. I spotted the sign by the door. "No, behind those ladies."

Very easy to talk to and knowledgeable

The wait time on the phone is too high and the staff at the main campus often struggles to be kind. Glad to experience staffing at the Beavercreek location to be so polite

I was hoping to get some small encouragement as how to fix a problem that should be in her area, hormones, and the response I got was very generic and unconcerned. As if I must accept the reality. Does she know we have a new way of treating health? Fortunately I work with a Dr. In California and her solution works time and again. This example just proves American medicine to be useless.
