What are common surgical and post-surgical complications related to frailty?

When someone is frail, they can run into more complications from surgeries than people who are not frail. It can run the whole gamut of surgical complications, so bleeding, wound infections, wound healing complications, if you have to reattach bowel back together you can get higher rates of leakage or breaking down of where you hooked things back together, with joint surgery you could have higher rates of blood clots in the legs due to less mobility, you could have more heart attacks and more strokes.
