Does it matter how often you eat fish?

You should eat two servings of fish each week, according to the Harvard School of Public HealthOff Site Icon (HSPH). 

Servings should be 4 to 6 ounces each. 

Adding a healthy amount of fish into your diet has also been shown to decrease your risk of heart disease.
