The ambience and atmosphere with relaxing painting and the silent television are super. It is spacious and well ventilated. Absolutely one of best medical facilities I have seen and I was a medical social worker at four different hospitals.

I think from the time you enter the front door, it is a very cold place. sometimes the front desk can be talking to each coupleother and not look up until you say something. This has happen a couple of times.Soft music would be a calming effect.

Receptionist! I had hard time understanding her. I don't think English was her first language. Sign of times I guess. Prefer to hear and understand. Provider very attentive. Waited little longer than usual. Dr Williams I like really well.

had a 6-month checkup yesterday. Entirely satisfactory, cannot think of any room for improvement. Starting 1st January 2022, my insurance changed and I was shunted to a different medical network, Premier. I was uncertain about this, but starting from my very 1st appointment with Mark Williams MD I have been very happy with the change. Dr. Williams and all staff have been easy to engage with, and seem entirely competent. Happily, being "shunted" to Premier has resulted in a definite improvement in my medical care.

Dr. Williams and his staff are top notch! Also at this Premier facility, the blood work is done on-site so it's very convenient. And I received the results of my blood work within a few hours.

The layout of the facility is confusing. The lack of clear signage is frustrating and disconcerting. Needs improvement.
