Dr. Surowiec took his time a really listened to me as I explained my symptoms. He asked a lot of questions in order to address my concerns. Always seems to put me at ease.

Would have liked a earlier date.

They don't tell me how the Lab will send/inform me of my test results because we have done this many times before. Plus, the MyChart system works really well. I have no issues with communications between premier health and myself.

It is not easy to get an appointment. If you become sick, and need an appointment the only option is to call at 8:00am and sometimes you still don't get in that day, and have to call again the next day. There needs to be another doctor and a doctor 5 days a week. I mean if you got to the ER they always say follow up with your primary care physician, well good luck getting an appointment.

Always good experience. Feel very comfortable with my provider. He is attentive, meets my needs as my PCP. Communication utilizing my chart is amazing.

Minor criticism here but, the exam room is not inspiring. Posters are all about how you'll have to pay more for anything other than a wellness check. I get it that it is important to know but think there must be a way to include something positive or inspiring to the decor of the room. We all sit alone long enough to take in all of the room.

To Corporate Administration: It is time to revamp your policies so sick people can be examined by their own provider instead of being referred to Urgent Care or Telehealth (a poor assessment with no physical exam of the patient). Covid is no longer a pandemic and is preventable and treatable. Processes can easily be adopted for the protection of patients and staff. The current policy is rude and not meeting your patients' needs. To BFP Manager: A patient needing an appointment should not be told to call back daily at 8:00 am to see if any appointments are available. If your doctor is out of the office, why can't an appointment be given instead of making the patient call back when the provider returns? Do the partner providers no longer cover for each other's sick patients? This is poor customer service. Thank you to Dr. Surowiec for intervening and meeting my needs!!

Scheduling with the front desk was frustrating but the information, care and treatment I got from the doctor was exemplary.

E visit is one of the best medical experiences I have had in a very long time. I did not have to drive 30 minutes, have the hassle of checking in to the office, waiting for the dr to be available and expose myself to other sick patients. Dr. Suroweic always listens carefully to my health concerns, treats me with respect, and keeps in mind my chronic health problems.

Dr. Surowiec is the best MD i have had in many years. He is pleasant and professional. I trust him with my families health concerns. If he can not treat or diagnose the problem, he knows who could.

I'm always satisfied with my experience at this doctor's office and with Dr. Surowiec.

This was a telehealth session which is nice as it avoids getting out on a day when not feeling well, but the on-line wait time was pretty long (~40 minutes). I understand things come up causing delays, but I suggest, if possible, to delay bringing the patient on-line until the wait time is shorter. Thank you!

Visit was very good but getting appointment was impossible.I was told to get up at 8:00am every day and cal until I got in.Of course everyone else doing same thing so still no appointments

It takes a couple of months notice to get an appointment.

The sweet young lady that checked me in was so nice and pleasant and then she thanked me for using the self checkin on my chart. My visit with Dr Surowiec was wonderful as always he went over my health concerns and I felt that he explained everything to me and I felt so much better after my visit.

Dr. Surowiec is outstanding. I wish I could say the same about his staff. It is also extremely challenging to make an appointment for any acute care issue.

Expedient and comprehensive

Dr. Surowiec has been my physician for many years. He always addresses all of my questions and concerns. I will continue with him, he always takes all the time I need to discuss my health.

Dr. Surowiec took the time to hear my concerns about my close family members' serious illnesses. He gave me good advice about my own health concerns including recent weight gains & stress.

He is a very caring and attentive doctor. He truly cares about me and my family. I'm very lucky to have him as my doctor.

I had a very nice experience with the doctor and the nurse concerning my check up.

Only after messaging my Dr did I get an appointment. If you call the office number provided I was told it would be 3 months before I could get into see my family physician. But after I left a message with my Dr I was able to get in that day. Who is screening these calls? And why are they telling patients they can get no appointments. Unacceptable. Also called a Premier ortho number to make an appointment with a ortho Dr. Left a message twice. Recording said would get a call within 48 hours. Never did. Premier has a real problem with scheduling. Why are you not hiring and training competent staff and maybe paying them accordingly to retain them when you do get good employees. This is the complaint I here most from friends and family about Premier.

Don't like the policy of having to play the game to get an appointment - start calling at exactly 8AM and continuing calling until you get through, then hoping you get an appointment, else repeat tomorrow and the next day...

I enjoy my appointments with Dr Surowiec and always feal that he provides good advice. I always feel that he is genuinely concerned about my well being.

Dr. Surowiec is a skilled practitioner

It is hard to get into the office because they have so many scheduled ahead appointments that there is only a few left for same day. I don't want to go to an Urgent Care so I have to play like a lottery to try to get an appointment when I need it. I know this is not the doctor's fault but the rules of Premier Health. The doctor and his assistant are always very friendly and helpful and we feel like we are talking to people that really care about us.

Dr. S and his team are professional, courteous, and caring. You are lucky to have such a great clinician. I have recommended several new patients to him. He also cared for my husband until his death and gave him the best care ever. I am very thankful.

Dr S is great but it is very difficult to get a timely appointment with him.

I didn't have to wait long before the Dr. came in to see me. He answered all my questions and prescribed the medications I needed.

Dr Surowiec and staff are great. I did have 2 issues on this visit that we no fault of the staff that i would like to mention. The first was that the credit card machine was not functioning for the receptionist and now she needs to bill me for my copay. The second was that the Dr order and X-ray for my foot and the X-ray machine was out of service.

I was extremely pleased with my first visit with my physician and all of the staff. Everyone was friendly and attentive to my concerns. Professionalism at its best.

Their are false accusations within my medical file that was not addressed and not accurate with blood work or urine testing. It needs to be removed asap!
