I have no complaints, just keep doing what you are doing.

Was a great experience at this doctor. I like him, nurse and the front staff.

GC Surgeons did not HAVE to schedule a scan for me; as I already had one done just a few days before the visit. It was provided by my primary doctor before I was forwarded to Dr. Bates. Wonderful visit, all staff members made me feel like part of a "family" and not JUST a patient.

My experience during my consult was excellent, however, I haven't yet heard back from the office or scheduler as to when my surgical procedure will be scheduled.

I hate such a great experience with Dr Bates. He was very informative, seemed very invested in patients needs/concerns and had great bedside manner. He answered any questions my family members or I had. I'm so happy I went with my intuition and found Dr. Bates!

Dr Bates smile and relaxed way of talking to a patient puts you at ease in his office. He answers all questions and explains The girls at the desk are really nice and friendly Takes the stress out of what you are really there for.

It is really to early to past judgement on Dr. Bates and his staff because it was my 1st visit. They all seemed very nice. I would like to have my surgery sooner but they are working on that. The staff was very nice and the office was nice.

Dr. Bates was prepared to discuss the issues, and was thorough in interview and in his exam. Dr. Bates explained his procedure, and answered my questions. I had a very positive visit!

This is one excellent physician who is going to help me immensely.

I went to get my mammogram results & Dr. Bates never mentioned my results. My fault too I guess. He was running late because of a surgery & was probably a little flustered.

Extremely friendly and still very efficient front desk. Same for the person doing vitals before dr came in. Dr was confident about my symptoms and treatment. About what I needed to do or in my case not do. After speaking with him - my nerves were calmed and I will follow his direction.

My appointment was at 11:30 and was scheduled to last 15 minutes. I was told to arrive at 11:15, which I did. I was in the examination room by 11:25. It was 11:53 when Dr. Bates arrived. I was tight on time and was within a couple minutes of needing to leave and reschedule the appointment. Dr. Bates was great when he arrived. It would have been a nice courtesy if someone would have stopped by the room and explained to me Dr. Bates was running behind and provided me with some type of information in regards to the length of the delay.

Love the fact the office staff was willing to schedule my test for me and worked to find the place with the Appreciated the doctor's willingness to learn more about my condition before suggesting surgery. Also appreciated hearing other possibilities for what ails m. Didn't feel rushed.

Considering my circumstances this was a good experience. Every one was kind, upbeat and helpful.
