Using mychart to communicate with the office is so much better than the old system. I get quick response now.

Marie is always great to work with. She listens to and works with me to get my condition under control. The scheduling department on the other hand is terrible. The hold times are excessive and the last appointment I scheduled over the phone I was asked to come in the next day and when I came into the office for the appointment, I was told I had missed my appointment, it was the day before at 3:30pm. Which would have been impossible for me to have done when I didn't even call to make the appointment until almost 4pm.

I love Marie and the staff are also wonderful. My only complaint is with the office phone system. It makes getting an appointment or trying to reach a care team member by phone virtually impossible. The phones ring repeatedly and then you are place on hold indefinitely. I have waited as long as 65 minutes before hanging up. Thank goodness I have mychart! Sending messages that way gets me a quick response from Marie and the care team answering any questions I may have, as well as scheduling an appointment.

The call center is terrible to make an appointment as it takes45 min to make an appointment. Change the system.

After the fiasco of the appointment the previous week, this week went smoothly. The call center needs definite attention, no one should be on hold for an hour.

Clinical Neuroscience Institute has a wonderful group of doctors, I've met with three physicians on different occasions for different health issues.

Marie and her assistants are a true asset to the clinic. She listens to me and has not stopped trying to help me get out of the pain I have almost daily, including getting my insurance and/or the pharma company to cover medication I could not possibly afford myself. Some don't care for Nurse Practitioners, I find them important to a successful practice, especially Marie.

Marie Chambers did an excellent job listening to my concerns and addressing them as well as giving multiple other options for treatment and future treatment options as I am currently breastfeeding. She made sure to explain each option and help me choose what was best for me to try. She is very hopeful in finding relief for me and that makes a difference! I appreciate her opinion and time she took to help me with so many options available. I look forward to continuing my care with her!

The phones at this office continue to be a problem. I continually stay on hold for long periods of time waiting for someone to answer and, once I do reach someone, if I have any questions in regards to scheduling or per my provider instructions, they cannot answer or help me and instead say they will send a message to my care team. I then never hear back and calling back for follow up is the same long waiting process. I have resolved to sending my chart messages to the clinical team for any correspondence and/or to schedule, change, or cancel appointments. This method works way more efficiently. The team is very responsive and take care of my needs and questions quickly. Seems to be a lot of extra work on the clinical staff.

Marie is an excellent APRN. Easy to work with great listener.
