Premier MyChart E-Visits

We understand your time is valuable, and that a trip to see your health care provider isn’t always possible with a busy schedule. E-Visits were made with you in mind and provide you with a convenient alternative that allows you to visit your health care provider directly from your computer instead of making an office visit.

Though an E-Visit is not meant to replace seeing your doctor for more serious health problems, you may use this service for a variety of non-emergent symptoms:

  • Allergic rhinitis (seasonal allergies)
  • Back pain
  • Cold sores
  • Cough
  • Diarrhea (loose, watery bowel movements)
  • Fatigue
  • Gout
  • Headache
  • Heartburn
  • Poison ivy
  • Red eye
  • Sinus problems
  • Travel advice
  • Urinary problems
  • Vaginal discharge/irritation
  • Other

After following a few simple steps you will spend about 10 minutes answering questions about your symptoms which your provider will review along with your medical history and respond with a specific treatment plan. Your provider is even able to prescribe medication if needed, but may even determine that your symptoms would require an office visit.

Submitting an E-Visit is easy and secure and can be done at any time of day wherever you might have access to an Internet connection.

To submit an E-Visit request, you simply need to have a MyChart account that you would access by visiting and then logging in by entering your user name and password. At this time, only Premier Physician Network primary care providers provide E-visits.

Next you will need to click on the Visits tab and then select E-Visits on the drop-down menu.

From there you will be prompted to answer a few questions about your symptoms which will be evaluated by your provider, and your E-visit can be paid for on-line using a credit card. The cost of an E-Visit is $30. If your E-Visit is denied, you will not be charged. You must be in the state of Ohio to receive an E-Visit.
