The doctor was nice and straight to the point.

Great doctor!

Provider didn't show up to join my appointment. I ended up leaving without seeing them after seeing if I was a forgotten person and editing another 25 minutes. Never seen provider within an hour sitting in examine room.

Way too busy. I waited almost an hour and a half. And when I saw the doctor it only took him like 5 minutes. He's great, but he's a very busy guy. It's hard to get an appointment when I need it, and I have to schedule out months in advance.

It was a pleasure seeing my ENT MD. His demeanor is pleasant and professional. He talks to you not down at you.

Everyone listened and asked good questions and paid attention to detail. And they were pleasant as well. ?

The facility was very busy but they kept things moving. The doctor seems very through. I'll be back in two months.

I love this place. Dr is great and the staff are amazing.

Using my GPS to find the new office was difficult. My final obstacle was reading the sign on the door from my car. "Premier Physicians' Network" was on top and in the biggest letters. "ENT" was below and in smaller letters. I missed seeing it as I navigated the parking lot. It seems to me that the network is of more importance to the powers that be than clear communication to patients is.

I really feel like I didn't get any answers. Although not a mass on my parotid gland, they are calling it a tissue lesion. No treatment for it just another CT scan in 3 months. My dizziness that the ER doctor believed to be vertigo or inner ear issues, Dr. Adam doesn't believe it is vertigo, but caused by my high blood pressure. Back to square one with no answers.

Dr. Adam III is the best. He's so kind, caring, responsive, and personable, especially with his more anxious patients like myself. I'm so appreciative of that!! Thankful to have him as my ENT.

I didn't like how my appointment was at 3.20 pm I checked in at 3.05 and waited 46 minutes to even be seen

I LEFT MY LASTENT PROIDER BECAUSE i MADE APPOINTMENT WITH HER AND I ENDED UP WITH A NURSE. THE NEXT PPOINTMENT WAS WITH HER AND SHE ACTED LIKE SHE DIDN'T WANT TO GET CLOSE TO ME, WHEN SHE DID SHE TOLD ME TO HOLD MY HEAD BACK AND WITHOUT WARNING STUC A SCOPE IN MY NOSE. THAT IS WHY I CAME TO DR. ADAM, HE HAS BEDSIDE MANNERS. I LIKE HIM.

Hello. I was happy with the doctor and the work he did cause I did not realize that I wasn't hearing as good as I should have been all this time even though I was doing okay I thought. Thank you and I will see him again next year.

Doctor Adam originally had to schedule me a month out. But, his scheduler kept me on a list and was able to get me in within 2 weeks.

Thankful the office work me in their schedule since I was post hospitalization. Need more info re: proposed surgery & recovery. Hopefully get that at next appointment.

Dr. Adam is amazing!

This was first experience there but the doctor, nurses, and off staff were very kind. I like how the doctor took the time explain what was going on and what the future may hold and said it just all depends upon the treatments first. He gave me hope instead of jumping the gun and staying let's just start with the most extreme treatment first.

It was a good experience once I was sboe to get in to this provider

I had no idea the office had moved, so I drove from my Koester pavillion office across town, only to discover that I had to turn around and go back a stones throw from my office. I still made it on time, but there had been a fatal motorcycle accident that I could have avoided as well other than that, I am extremely pleased with the service that I receive.

Booking an appointment over the phone after my referral was an okay process. I had to call a couple of different numbers a few different times, but this may have been because of a miscommunication between my referring doctor and the new doctor. Otherwise, the process of making the appointment over the phone was satisfactory. Once I got to the appointment, the staff at the main reception desk was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The doctor and everyone on his staff were also friendly, efficient, and helpful. My only complaint was that it took a month to make an appointment, and the waiting time at the appointment was long. However, as soon as it was my time to be seen, the care I received was excellent. I felt like everyone there was doing a good job, listened to me, treated me well, and cared about fixing my issues. I will come back and recommend to others, but I hope the process can speed up in the future. I understand this may have to do with many different factors out of the control of those who assisted me, so I will not hold it against them or the company/facility as a whole. I appreciate the care I received.

The procedure he applied has stopped the bleeding from my nose and appears to be resolved. The medicine (Mupirocin, ointment) prescript relieved tightness in my nose. Thank you.

I've never had a provider apologize for running behind my appointment time. That was refreshing! He wasn't that far behind. I was not bothered at all. He was very kind. He listened to me. We agreed on the next step for my care.

Dr. Stewart Adam is fantastic and has the best, most friendly staff I've encountered in the past several years. I've had shoulder surgery, hernia surgery and cataract surgery prior to this upcoming surgery and Dr. Adam and his front staff, nursing and scheduling staff were great, informative and super-friendly. That's so important when someone doesn't feel well and is facing surgery!!!
