I saw a sign in the office that said, if you ask a question about something other than what you came for you may be billed separately. At that point, I had a question about the shots that I needed and then I was reluctant to ask. I guess I can send the question on my chart. I presume that is to get the appointment over in 15 minutes.

The parking situation was terrible. Not only did I have to park far away but so did many people using canes, walkers. Dr Reitz and her staff are incredible and that's why continue using them.
