Very Professional.

This was the first time that I had been seen by Dr. Tully and I was very impressed with her and the staff, I plan on using them for my ENT problems.

Dr Tully has always been very responsive to my needs, particularly with the constant sinus infections. Can't say enough good about her and the office staff.

Dr. Tully is excellent. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Tully is a professional, competent physician who is addressing the medical issues I have. I fully appreciate her care.

I was unable to schedule my next follow-up visit that was supposed to be in 12 months. I was told by the scheduler that their calendar did not go out 12 months, and that I should call them in a couple of months to see if the "system" (her words) would allow for an appointment to be made. I have other Premier Health providers that are able to schedule 12 month follow-up appointments, so I do not understand why this Premier office cannot do the same.

Everything was fine.

The doctor and staff made me feel like a valued, "seen" co-participant in my healthcare. I really appreciate that!

I would like to have had better directions to the facility instead of out by the hospital.

Dr. Tully had the ability to speak in my language (meaning we both spoke English) but she actually communicated with me in a manner that I understood. She eased my fears and even brought to my attention a heavy drainage throat issue I was experiencing with instructions on how to treat it. Both the receptionist and nurse were genuinely kind also. I left feeling like I had been cared for and listened to which gave me peace.

All the Dr. In this practice are excellent. My last visit was with Dr Tully and I felt like was well taken care of.

Please hire more physicians and/or nurse practitioners. I had to wait over a month to see Dr. Tully.

Dr. Tully was kind and knowledgeable. So were the other employees. I have one complaint. One young woman had long hair. It hung limply and some of her hair was dyed purple. She did not appear professional. My suggestion Is a tutorial given to all staff about dressing appropriately. They represent Premier Health.Thank you.

Everything was so rushed because she was running behind and I feel that I was over looked and just another patient. It was my first time meeting her and she barely looked at my throat when I came in with an issue that I've been struggling with for about a year now. She was kind but disappointing. I was also told I was going to have a scheduler call me for my surgery and that has yet to happen.

Dr Tully is a really good and knowledgeable Doctor. She did all she could do for me. The waiting room needed some care. Carpet was dirty and old. The office is in need of complete renovation!

Her assistants gave me incorrect samples and brochures. They do not match what she told me to use.

I travel quite a bit and like to see the Dr. two times a year to remove ear wax. Receptionist was able to get me a last minute appointment and I am very appreciative.

Dr. Tully is very nice Doctor. She is always helpful with the problems I have with my ears accumulating too much wax due to me wearing hearing aide in my ears.

Dr. Tully is fantastic! Knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. I feel very confident of the care I receive from her. Furthermore, she is respectful and appreciative of colleagues (my initial diagnosis came from my primary care physician). Since her office staff was busy she got me the information I needed and sent me on my way. So respectful of my time and of her team. Always impressed!!!

Dr. Tully is amazing! I highly recommend! I drove 45 minutes to see her and was so worth it. She is very clear and direct with information, answers questions, and makes you feel like you are in expert hands. Her bedside manner is excellent. I had a condition that required quick action, She provided a treatment plan for me and because if her quick action and thoroughness I have had significant ant improvements that I don't believe I would have gotten elsewhere. My family will see her if they have ENT needs and I have already been singing her praises to everyone I know. I could not be happier.

She took the time to listen to my concerns about my current issues. Did more of a completed exam to figure out the source of the problem and fixed the actual problem versus treating just the symptoms.

I was in an emergency situation with a busted ear drum the day after I hard retina reattachment surgery. This office found time to fit me in for treatment and counsel. The care, knowledge and efficiency meant the world to me given my current emergency situation! I can't thank them enough for their time and care! True professional and personal support! I will recommend everyone to this office!
