Dr. Davis was thorough explaining my condition with my knee. He answered questions in a manner that I understood.

The staff was friendly and courteous, and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. Dr. Davis provided details about my upcoming procedure and answered all my questions showing interest and care for any concerns I had.

Doctor Davis and his staff greeted me and treated me with the utmost respect. Doctor Davis shook my hand when he entered the room and again when we were finished. He showed me the xrays that the VA had sent him and showed me exactly why my knees are failing. He then showed me what the knee replacement device looked like and explained how the surgery would go and what to expect after surgery. He also explained how long the recovery would be and where I would be having my physical therapy. I actually have history with his surgical abilities because he replaced my left hip 4 years ago after the doctor at the Dayton VA carelessly told me that i would have to live in a wheelchair for the rest of my life after he totally screwed up my hip prosthetic. I am 100% confident with Doctor Davis' abilities to perform the surgery on my knee because he was able to take out that mess of parts that was installed at the Dayton VA and then install the proper prosthetic that gave me the ability to walk again. I look forward to having my knees replaced by Doctor Davis and I know that they will be done right the first time.

The lady scheduling the appointments seemed like she wasn't sure about what she was doing. I was on the phone with her for about 10 minutes to get an appointment made. Dr. Davis and his assistant are always awesome!

Had a fainting spell after gel injection, which was promptly attended to. I was watched, given ice water, fanned by assistant. Husband was with me and also very pleased with the amount of care and compassion shown to me by my doctor and staff.

Other than being behind, the office and staff and Dr. Davis are awesome. They did provide update that they were behind which makes it easier to deal with and understand.

I felt like a number. It may be routine for the provider but, I stood up, moved me forward, moved me backward and then diagnosed me. Based on experience I guess. Made a comment on how hospital gave me pain meds and sent me home. Never asked how effective this was. Which it wasn't. And IBUPROFEN definitely is not effective. Felt like I was bothering the doctor by being there

I wanted Dr. Davis to do knee surgery on my ft knee, but I had one of his partners in the firm perform do prior surgery on my ft knee; therefore, bc of partner relationships, Dr. Davis will not do surgery on my knee. I understand, but still upset about the situation. I think I am going to go to another facility!!!

I love and trust Dr. Rick Davis. He replaced my right hip joint and is now treating me for problems with my left hip. He is giving me good information and has scheduled a cortisone injection. Good man!
