Everyone was friendly and caring.

The only negative to this appointment was the fact that my appointment was for 3:15 and I didn't get seen till nearly 4:00. I usually don't have to wait that long.

Dr. Griesser and staff were remarkable. The staff handled the workup and imaging brilliantly and efficiently. dr. Griesser took considerable time to educate me on my diagnosis and discuss the treatment options. We decided on a different course than I anticipated...no surgery, but start with cortisone injection. One suggestion...the mountain of paperwork required at registration could be dramatically reduced for existing patients. get an application that contains all the patients previous information and all the patient has to do is review the prefilled forms, add any missing data, update/correct any data, and sign. should take no more than 3 minutes. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!

Wasn't informed about negative rxns to cortisone injection, and no instructions given for activity following injection.

I appreciate all Dr griesser's surgery staffs and himself for all he done for me to have a better lifestyle to be free from Ortho pains and be able to walk again like normal. I love them all!

All staff are very courteous. The Doctor listened to my concerns. He had seen the x-rays and took him time explaining what the problem was. Gave me a treatment and advised me if any symptoms did not approve to call immediately. Also scheduled a follow-up visit. Highly recommend Premier Orthopedic if you have any pain or concerns.

I didn't catch his name, but the man who took me back for x-rays is the nicest person I've ever encountered in any doctor's office. He was so kind and gentle about making sure my foot was ok during the process. Great and genuine guy!

Provider explained all completely that was needed. Did not recommend UN necessary treatment. Applied what was needed at the time and scheduled followup, to decide if any further treatment is needed. Very satisfied with Dr. Griesser.

Dr. Griesser put me at ease from the beginning of our meeting. It was the first time seeing him, I was in a lot of pain and didn't know what was coming next. He explained every thing completely and set up my surgery for the following day. I really appreciate him.
