Meet the Skilled Team of Premier Health Urgent Care Providers

When your health issue isn’t an emergency but just can’t wait, our skilled team of Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) stands ready to assess, diagnose and treat what’s troubling you. Also, known as Advanced Practice Providers, these professionals have completed a master’s degree in nursing and several of our team have been certified in additional specialized care.

Their deep knowledge comes from advanced education and training backed by long experience in direct patient care. They bring specialized skills developed over years of caring for patients in such demanding areas as surgical intensive care, labor and delivery and emergency/trauma. All are certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support and all are dedicated to using their critical problem-solving skills to ensure the best possible outcome.

Bradley HS

Ashley Bradley, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Ashley Bradley earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Ohio University and her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Walden University (MN). Prior to joining Premier Health Urgent Care, she served as a registered nurse in the medical intensive care unit. She is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

Falldorf HS

Amanda Falldorf, APRN-CNP, FNP-C

Amanda Falldorf received her Master of Science in Nursing with specialty of Family Nurse Practitioner from Maryville University in 2016. Amanda received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University in 2012. Her nursing career began in 2008 after graduating from Kettering College of Medical Arts with an Associate in Science of Nursing. She is board certified through American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Amanda has been a registered nurse since 2008. She brings 10 years of nursing experience from her background in neurology, long term care, and emergency medicine.

Hendricks HS

Daniel Hendricks, APRN-CNP, FNP-C

Daniel earned his Master of Science in Nursing in 2017 from the University of Cincinnati and Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2014 from Kettering College. He is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Daniel has been a registered nurse (RN) since 2012. He brings experience from his nursing background in critical care and trauma prior to joining Premier Health Urgent Care as an APRN.

Jones HS

Brittney Jones, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Brittney Jones earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Kettering Medical College and her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Cedarville University. Prior to joining Premier Health Urgent Care, she served as a registered nurse in the intensive care, cardiology, neurology, orthopedics, and trauma units. She is certified in the Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC). In addition, she is a certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN), and is also certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

Jordon HS

Erin Jordan, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, CNRN

Erin Jordan earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Wright State University and her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Cincinnati. Prior to joining Premier Health Urgent Care, she served as a registered nurse in surgical intensive care. She is a Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse (CNRN) and certified in the Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC). In addition, she is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

Lawson HS

Jennifer Lawson, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Jennifer Lawson earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Ohio University and her Masters of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from University of Cincinnati. Prior to joining Premier Urgent Care, she served as a registered nurse in emergency trauma. She is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

Lloyd HS

Bobbi Lloyd, FNP-C

Bobbi Lloyd earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Cincinnati, and her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Eastern Kentucky University. Prior to joining Premier Health Urgent Care, she served as a registered nurse in the intensive care unit and emergency department. She is certified in Basic Life Support (CPR/BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).

Mackey HS

Jennifer Mackey, MSN, FNP

Jennifer Mackey earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and her Masters of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from The Ohio State University. Prior to joining Premier Health Urgent Care, she served as a registered nurse in emergency trauma. She is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

Penny HS

Jeff Penny, FNP-C

Jeff Penny earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Ohio Northern University and his Master of Science in Nursing degree from Ohio University. Prior to joining Premier Health Urgent Care he served as a nurse practitioner in emergency medicine. He is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).

Sargent HS

Kimberly Sargent, MSN, APRN, CNP, CCRN, CEN, Paramedic

Kimberly Sargent earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Ohio University and her Masters of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from University of Cincinnati. Prior to joining Premier Health Urgent Care, she served as a family nurse practitioner in outpatient practice, and as a nurse for CareFlight air and mobile services. Kimberly also has 15 years of experience as an emergency room nurse and has been actively involved as a paramedic and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) instructor. She is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), International Trauma Life Support (ITLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

Shabazz HS

Fatima Shabazz, FNP-C

Fatima Shabazz earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. Prior to joining Premier Health Urgent Care she served as a registered nurse in emergency medicine. She is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

Shears HS

Jennifer Shears, FNP-C

Jennifer Shears earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Urbana University and her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Ohio University. Prior to joining Premier Health Urgent Care she served as a Registered Nurse (RN) in intensive care. She is certified as an Advanced Practice registered nurse (APRN) and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

Stock HS

Thomas Stock, APRN-CNP, FNP-C

Thomas Stock, CNP, earned his Master of Science in Nursing in 2017 from Cedarville University and Bachelor of Science in Nursing 2011 from Harding University. He is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Thomas has been a registered nurse since 2012. He brings experience from his nursing background in critical care and trauma prior to joining Premier Health Urgent Care as an APRN. 

Watson HS

Anne Watson, PA-C

Anne Watson earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Dayton, and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) degree from Kettering College of Medical Arts. Prior to joining Premier Health Urgent Care she served as a physician assistant in emergency medicine. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).

West HS

Michelle West, APRN-CNP, FNP-BC

Michelle West, CNP received her Master of Science in Nursing as well as her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University College of Nursing (IL) in 2018. Michelle received her Associate of Science in Nursing from Kettering College of Medical Arts in 2000. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Michelle has been a registered nurse since 2001. She brings 17 years of nursing experience in pediatric emergency as well as labor and delivery to her career as a family nurse practitioner.
