Congratulations to our newest authors in nursing!  This paper describes the work of nurses in the perinatal unit at Miami Valley Hospital to change to chemical – free products based on best practices and the evidence.

Congratulations to Tracy Morrison RN, Miami Valley Hospital NICU Unit who presented at EURO- ELSO International Congress (Extracorporeal Life Support Organization) in Regensburg Germany May 7- 10, 2015. Tracy’s presentation described the program which she chairs for the international organization ELSO - The Center of Excellence Award in Life Support Award.  Tracy reviewed with participants the award, process, benefits as well as the centers that received the award for 2015. Tracy’s work in teaching and researching best practices for critically ill infants continues to grow in Dayton and across the globe.
