In 2008, Medical Mutual of Ohio, Ohio's oldest and largest health insurance company, acquired Premier Health Systems, Inc. The backing of Medical Mutual allows us the opportunity to develop and enhance our competitive state-wide PPO Network. Over the course of the next few months our Web site will be reconstructed to reflect the new and improved Premier Health Systems.

On April 1, 2009, the PPO network access product offered by Premier Health will be called SuperMed. This enhanced network will offer significantly better discounts, access to a full network in Georgia and Ohio and a developing network in Indiana.
